I had the mood to make a critique... after 5-6 pages of -not that interesting- critiquable artworks, my eye caught by this photo, which accedentally is shot by a fellow Greek artist. The composition is solid, and quickly attracts the attention. The spots are clear and well put, the lines are symmetrial the keeps the eye wondering around, even to the edge of the frame, which is not the most inspired frame anyone has seen, but it didnt need to be one. The reflection works great also. The only misadvantage i see, is that it doesnt look like a spontaneous street photo that the photographer's eye caught, its obviously set and betrayed by the unatural-uncomfortable model's potision (too close together, too high the magazines), obviously trying to hide their faces, to make a fiction impact.
This is a really lovely photo(: My favorite part of this photo probably woulod have to be the reflection in the water or the fact that the heads of the two people are not visible. It gives the picture a great feel, I don't really know how to explain it in any way other than it makes me love this photo(:
